Start with Geyser, Whirlpool and then Water Jet until Rock is dead. What you do next depends on your health.

At less than 509 health use Geyser then Whirlpool. Your Spirit will die.

At more than 508 health use Water Jet, Geyser, Whirlpool and Water Jet until you die.

Depending on the above you want to time your Howl so it applies when Geyser and Whirlpool have 1 round showing. This will boost their damage and give you a buffed Diseased Bite.

Diseased Bite until Stone is dead.
Here's the judgment call.

If your health is really low or you want more time to manage Acidtooth, use Consume Corpse.

Diseased Bite until you're close to death.

What you're trying to do here is time when your Stitched Pup is going to die and on that round use Howl then Diseased Bite on your res round.

For eg Pup is on 200hp use Howl, you die, res, use Diseased Bite.

Hopefully you've worn Acidtooth down to around 800hp.

 

Something to look out for, when Acidtooths Spiny Carapace buff is at 3 rounds, he will reapply it. So he wont be hitting you this round. Don't Howl this round unless the Acid Touch dot is going to kill you.
