This is the first fight I found use for the Fel Pup, haven't looked back.
Reminder that all of my Tanaan strats only include the pet needed to kill the Legendary pet. To finish the last two you will need to pick 2 pets from your collection capable of beating what ever combination you get.

How to
Use Crouch, Howl then Diseased Bite until Netherfist dies.
Diseased Bite range can make this fight very fast or very close.
