It's a fun semi scripted fight.

How to
This fight isnt as scripted as most can be, but you can still 2 pet it or slot in a leveling pet.
Start with Diseased Bite, then Howl. Murkalot will swap and the Howl should hit Deathy. Now from here it's just a fight of Diseased Bite until your first Stitched dies. Put in your leveler for one round and get your 2nd Stitched in.
You may need to Consume Corpse if things get close.
